Its almost Friday and if you are anything like me, I need one of two workouts or both to end a busy week!  I find myself asking, do I need a bootybarre class that will get my cardio workout in while listening to fun upbeat music that I know will put a smile on my face or do I need something a little slower but that will work every muscle?  Yes, I am talking about Pilates!  Often, I end up doing both and it is just what the doctor ordered.
